Previous to own this card, I had a BFG GTX 285, so this review is about something about my 2 experiences:

1. 5870 is lighter than gtx 285
2. 5870 heats less than gtx 285 (current around 55oC full use: L4d2 Hard rain
campaign)
and the most important…
3. 5870 has no bugs in its performing, opposite to my previous card which
displayed strange colors when it had to render complex games. In both cases I used a current versions of drivers.

I recommend strongly this card, you will invest properly your money.
